I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. Lindsey was a peach to interact with, and we received our order next day; one of the perks of having a warehouse close by. I am very much so looking forward to to ordering from them again! I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon!
